Womens Classes

Our women’s classes are unique! These classes are extremely popular as they vary from class to class and week to week.
The trainer puts you through different circuits, pad session, bag work and much more. The sessions work on all aspects of the body, arms, legs, core and are combined with cardio and weight work. This class really works!!!
